What is FableFactory?
Fable Factory is an AI-powered video studio. You describe what you want, and the app builds a storyboard, generates the images, animates them into video clips, and drops them onto a timeline you can edit like Kapwing or CapCut.

Projects, videos, and scenes
Everything lives in a simple hierarchy: Projects → Videos → Storyboard Scenes → Timeline Clips.
AI Director — prompt to storyboard
The AI Director turns a description into a full storyboard with image prompts, motion prompts, and timing suggestions.
Generating images
Each scene starts as a still image. You can generate it with AI, upload your own, or pick something from the Media Library.
Animating images into video
Once a scene has an image, you can animate it into a short video clip using AI video models.
References, characters, and media library
Keep your projects consistent by uploading references, creating characters, and reusing assets from the Media Library.
Storyboard tools
The storyboard is where you plan the video scene by scene before editing.
The timeline editor
The editor is a multi-track canvas where you trim, layer, move, and caption your clips.
Canvas editing
The canvas shows the current frame of your video and lets you arrange visual clips by hand.
Text, captions, and audio
Add titles, captions, voiceover, and music to finish your story.
Editing on mobile
The editor adapts to phones with a dense timeline and bottom-sheet controls, similar to CapCut.
Exporting and downloading
When your edit is ready, export it as a single video file.
Tokens, plans, and billing
